| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析和解读《美国国会图书馆2019-2023年战略规划》的主要内容,预测美国国会图书馆未来发展趋势,即优化资源服务获取方式、促进文化知识传播与再创造以及增强图书馆数据驱动能力,并认为美国国会图书馆在规划制定、馆政(企)服务、人才投资、跨界合作、社会责任承担等方面对我国图书馆事业发展具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the major content of the Strategic Plan of Enriching the Library Experience of Library of Congress 2019-2023.And it forecasts that the future development trend of Library of Congress included optimizing the way of resource service acquisition,promoting the dissemination and re-creation of the cultural knowledge,and enhancing the library’s data-driven ability.It showes that it has reference for the development of China’s libraries in aspects of planning formulation,libraries and government or libraries and businesses services,talent investment,cross-border cooperation and social responsibility. |
