| 摘 要： | 本文从近年来国内外兴起的一种全新的图书馆服务理念Human Library的介绍与阐述出发,分析了其国内外发展现状、趋势以及对我国高校图书馆读者服务创新的启示,提出Human Library服务模式的引入,有利于实现高校图书馆中隐性知识的管理,实现参考咨询服务的创新,创建新型学科服务模式,加强高校图书馆在大学生心理教育方面的作用,为高校图书馆特色读者服务的构建提供了良好的发展契机。
