| Abstract: | This article expounds the necessity of the establishment of the personnel evaluation system,and points out that the imperfection of the practical personnel evaluation system has already affected the reforms on both the invitation of applications for personnel and the salary system in libraries.The author of this article presents the contents and the index classifications of the personnel evaluation system.And some problems needing close attention in the evaluation process are also discussed in the article. |
