| 摘 要： | 国外许多国家的图书馆法律体系建设已经基本成熟,对我国图书馆立法有着积极的借鉴作用。本文从国外图书馆法发展历程,国外图书馆法特点及其对我国图书馆立法的启示,以及我国图书馆立法的思考等几个方面展开论述,希冀对我国图书馆立法提供有益的参考。
