| 摘 要： | 科学发展需要科学管理;科学管理必须面向科学发展。公共图书馆是国家信息资源体系和文化事业体系的重要组成部分。评估是公共图书馆科学管理的重要手段。公共图书馆评估迫切需要科学发展观的引导。本文以科学发展观为价值导向,考察我国现行的公共图书馆评估内容体系的不足,特别是与科学发展观的主要内涵相背离的情况,并提出构建基于科学发展观核心理念的公共图书馆评估内容体系的具体建议。
