| 摘 要： | 本文在分析图书馆组织文化内涵和功能的基础上,探讨了组织文化建设对于图书馆知识管理实施的重要性,分析了知识管理条件下图书馆组织文化的新特征及图书馆组织文化建设现状,提出了构建适应知识管理的图书馆组织文化的途径与策略。
