| 摘 要： | 把项目管理这一科学的管理方法应用到数字图书馆联盟建设中,是一个比较前沿的课题。本文结合天津高校数字图书馆联盟建设项目这一实际案例,着重论述了项目管理在联盟建设中的运用,提出了项目管理在数字图书馆联盟建设项目中的应用前景。
