| 摘 要： | 社区图书馆建设在公共文化服务体系中占据不可替代的地位。公共文化服务体系中的社区图书馆建设存在缺乏完善的理论指导、发展不平衡、不能有效融入公共文化服务体系等问题。加强公共文化服务体系中社区图书馆建设,就应加强社区图书馆的理论建设、重视对社区图书馆建设的调研、完善社区图书馆的建设模式、增强社区图书馆自我发展能力、提高社区图书馆的公共文化服务水平,以及加强同其它公共文化服务子系统的联系。

| Abstract: | In the public cultural service system,community library construction occupies an irreplaceable position.There are many problems in community library construction,such as the community library construction lacks a perfect of theoretical guidance,the development of the community library is unbalanced,and it not effectively integrated into public cultural service system.For strengthening the building of community libraries in the public cultural service system,the theory construction should be at first,and pay more attention to the investigation of community library,and enhance self-development of community libraries,improve the public cultural service ability of community library,and strengthen cooperation with other public cultural services subsystem link. |
