| 摘 要： | NoteExpress具有文献检索、文献管理、文章撰写等功能,现已成为科研人员从事学术研究、个人知识管理和发表论文等科研活动的一款通用参考文献管理软件。该软件也为提高科技查新质量和查新效率提供了软件支持平台。本文介绍了科技查新与NoteExpress的概念,及NoteExpress在文献检索与科技查新报告撰写等过程中的应用。
