| 摘 要： | 图书馆咨询档案蕴藏着巨大价值,其完备程度直接关系着信息服务工作的水平。但鉴于目前咨询档案的管理工作还存在着诸多问题,亟需规范化,本文提出了内容规范、程序规范和管理规范等方面的策略和建议。
