| 摘 要： | 近年,知识转移理论被引入图书馆。本文总结分析了图书馆知识转移研究成果,指出了研究中的几种不良倾向,意在规避盲目移植,提示图书馆学研究人员科学地利用移植的方法进行图书馆知识转移的研究。

| Abstract: | In recent years,knowledge transfer theory is transplanted to library.This paper summarizes and analyzes the achievements in scientific research on library knowledge transfer,points out several unhealthy tendencies,in order to avoid bland transplantation,and suggestes that the library scientific research personnel should study on library knowledge transfer using transplant method scientifically. |
