| 摘 要： | 面对突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情,与党中央直接领导阻击战同步,全国相继启动了抗击新冠肺炎的新闻发布活动。本研究通过对九省区市新闻发布的实证分析,一方面佐证新闻发布制度建设在当下作为国家治理体系和治理能力提升的特殊重要性,另一方面也对新闻发布制度建设如何经受风口浪尖的"大考"进行分析,以期查找新闻发布制度建设的不足与短板。本研究也期望通过我国抗击新冠肺炎新闻发布的实证分析,对我国新闻发布工作的实践与理论提供一定的智力支持和决策支持。

| Abstract: | In the face of the ongoing epidemic of COVID-19, China has begun press releases activities about combating against the virus, along with other actions under the leadship of the Party Central Committee. The research carries out an empirical analysis on press releases in nine provinces, regions and municipalities. On the one hand, it demonstrates that the institutional construction of press release is especially important to improving the national governance system and capacity nowadays. On the other hand, it reveals how the press-release system can pass the challenging test. The study also provides some insights into the governance and decision-making of information publicity. |
