| 摘 要： | 本文论述图书馆图书招标的特殊性及面临的问题,说明招标不是图书馆选择图书供应商的合适方式;举出图书馆可采用的另外4种方式;阐明图书馆在实践中通过多次评估来选择供应商的方法,既能比较客观地评判,也符合图书采购的特殊性,有利于文献资源建设目标的实现。
