| 摘 要： | 少数民族文化是华夏文明的重要组成部分,因此图书馆应重视少数民族文化建设。省级公共图书馆应结合本地区少数民族的状况,保存少数民族文化遗产,加强少数民族文化传播,加快少数民族人才的培养步伐,加强与市县级图书馆、高校图书馆和相关科研单位的合作,重视地方文献工作,结合非物质文化遗产保护工作开展少数民族文献资源建设。在开展民族文献资源建设和文化传播的过程中,图书馆应尊重宗教信仰和民族习惯,突出民族特色、地域特色、语种特色、学科特色,保护文化遗产并正确认识其原生态和变异性。

Construction and Transmission of Minority Cultural Resources in Provincial Public Libraries |

| Abstract: | The minority culture is an important part of Chinese civilization,libraries should attach importance to the construction of minority culture.Combining with the situation of minority areas,provincial public libraries should preserve the cultural heritage of minorities,strengthen the transmission of minority culture,accelerate the training pace of minority talents,strengthen the cooperation with city and county level libraries,university libraries and scientific research institutions,strengthen the local literature work,and develop the construction of minority literature resources combined with the non-material cultural heritage protection work.In the process of developing the construction of minority literature resources and cultural transmission,libraries should respect religious beliefs and national customs,give prominence to national characteristics,regional characteristics,language characteristics and subject characteristics,protect cultural heritage,and recognize the ecosystem and variability of it rightly. |
