| 摘 要： | 报刊的复合式典藏结构已经成为地方高校图书馆资源建设的潮流,随之兴起的对读者服务新模式的探索也逐渐引起图书馆界研究者的重视。泛信息化背景下,地方高校图书馆报刊工作应建立与读者需求相匹配的、高效率的服务机制,变革或者舍弃传统服务模式中低效率的流程,创新服务模式。然而调研发现,泛信息化背景下报刊读者身份与信息需求都发生了变化,而地方高校图书馆报刊资源并没有充分满足读者的信息需求。地方高校图书馆需要重新界定报刊阅览部的职能,重新制定电子资源与纸本资源典藏结构比例,以提升报刊信息的有效供给率。

Reflection of the Breakthrough Revolutionary of Collections and Services of Newspaper and Periodical in Local University Libraries |

| Abstract: | The compound collection structure of newspaper and periodicals has been a trend in the resource construction of local university libraries.The exploration of the new model of reader services that arise together with the new trend has gradually drawn the attention of researchers in library circle.Under the van-informationization circumstances,the newspaper and periodical work of local university libraries should establish the efficient service system which matches with needs of readers and changes low efficiency flow in the conventional service styles to innovate service mode.It has been found in a survey that the readers’ identity of newspaper and periodical as well as their informational needs have been changed a lot in the background of the van-informationization,whereas newspaper and periodical resources of local university libraries couldn’t fully satisfy informational needs of readers.Local university libraries should redefine the function of newspaper and periodicals reading sections,and redefine the collection structure of digital resources and paper resources,in order to promote effective supply rate of newspaper and periodical informations. |
