| 摘 要： | 移动图书馆是数字图书馆在3G时代的发展方向之一。重庆大学移动图书馆可以分别为注册用户及非注册用户提供服务，如为用户提供短信服务、WAP服务和信息推送服务等。通过重庆大学移动图书馆的实践发现，移动图书馆存在短信服务易受外部条件制约、多媒体资源利用不充分、针对不同移动终端的应用程序开发不足等问题。移动图书馆应结合3G技术开展移动阅读服务，建设移动的知识社区，完善各种类型的移动图书馆应用程序，以更好地为读者提供服务。
