| 摘 要： | 我国电子书包工程起步较晚，虽然已经具备了较为成熟的技术，但是教育教学资源匮乏，缺乏政策引导与技术规范。公共图书馆具有丰富的教育教学资源、覆盖全社会的服务体系、尤障碍的数字化学习环境，能够为电子书包工程的普及与推广提供有益的经验和有效的支持。因此，公共图书馆应加强与相关部门的沟通、协调，正确引导学生阅读，培养学生自主学习能力，为教师教学提供辅助服务，为学生和家长构筑共同成长的空间。
