| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆学生志愿者培训有助于图书馆储备和挖掘人力资源,能够帮助学生志愿者及时调整志愿服务的目标,有助于志愿者提高自身的综合能力。然而,目前由于学生志愿者工作时间随机性强,人员流动性大,高校图书馆开展统一、集中的学生志愿者岗位培训相对困难。高校图书馆应根据各阶段本馆的岗位需求与志愿者的专业情况,合理设置志愿者服务岗位,开辟灵活多样的培训活动,增强学生志愿者团队的凝聚力。
