| 摘 要： | 在金融危机的背景下，美国财政面临全面紧缩的压力，图书馆事业发展受到了极大的冲击，面临诸多困境。为了突破困境、谋求发展，美国图书馆实施了一系列行之有效的措施，从图书馆会员计划、大额捐赠计划、企业（个人）捐赠计划、零售业务和电子商务计划等方面着手，在一定程度上缓解了金融危机对图书馆发展的冲击，其中许多措施和经验对我国公益性文化事业的发展具有借鉴价值。
