| Abstract: | Carrying out public bidding in book purchasing is the effective measure to standardize book purchasing behavior and prevent from grafting corruption. But it brought about the library collection of books construction the new difficult at the same time also. The paper probes into how to improve the bidding level and solve the problems existing in the bidding. |
