| Abstract: | Blog has rapidly spread and has been widely welcomed with features of its hypertext links, the network interaction and dynamic updating.But Blog also brings new copyright issues, the substance of which is the imbalance in rights and interests.To solve this problem, we need to strengthen self-protection awareness of the blogger, and pay attention to self-protection of blog sites and innovation in law. |
