| 摘 要： | 本文论述了信息资源共享与知识产权保护的矛盾与共性,从信息产业总效益最大化的角度阐述了知识的共享与知识产权的对立统一,提出知识共享与专有在特定的时期应该是一种共存状态,并且在共存中达到一种均衡。
