| 摘 要： | 当前,借鉴美国、英国、前苏联等国公共图书馆委员会的运作经验成立公共图书馆委员会,是我国公共图书馆管理体制改革的方向。公共图书馆委员会是具有公共图书馆行政管理职能的中介组织。政府在公共图书馆委员会建立中应该发挥主导作用,在政策、法律、舆论宣传等方面给予支持、引导。
