| 摘 要： | 文章分析了数字图书馆建设中所面临的著作权问题,指出以合理使用方式解决数字图书馆著作权问题是不合理的,建议以法定许可使用方式解决数字图书馆著作权问题,并就数字图书馆法定许可使用的具体制度内容进行了讨论。
