| 摘 要： | 关注弱势群体是人类社会高度文明的体现，也是现代图书馆精神之所在。人人生而享有获得教育和信息的权利。国内公共图书馆的现状难以为公众提供应有的服务，更不用说向弱势群体倾斜。只有国内各类型图书馆资源共享，才能保障包括弱势群体在内的广大公众的信息需要。

| Abstract: | Showing concern for vulnerable groups is the reflect of high civilization in human society, and also the real spirit of modern library. All people have the right of acquiring education and information as soon as they are born. In our modern society it is very difficult for us to offer the public due services, let alone more concern about vulnerable groups unless the conditions of domestic public libraries are changed. Only when the resources of all kinds of domestic libraries are shared with each other, can we make certain to meet the information demand of the great public including vulnerable groups. |
