| 摘 要： | 美国、英国等国家在已经出台的公共图书馆相关法律规范中均对少儿服务做以特别强调。在我国现已发布的图书馆相关文件中虽然也对少儿图书馆及其服务规范有所提及,但还没有形成正式的具有法律效力的文本。要实现公共图书馆的少儿服务规范的法律化,可以通过借鉴国外已经制定的公共图书馆面向少儿服务的标准/指南,结合我国公共图书馆少儿服务的具体情况,构建一套与我国基本法相结合的配套性文件。
