基于公共图书馆评估标准的导读岗设置与管理探析

摘    要:2017年公共图书馆第六次评估标准中,第一次设置了导读岗指标,但各级公共图书馆对导读岗的认识并不统一,呈现出设置导读岗的图书馆数量少、大多数图书馆对导读岗了解模糊、办馆条件较差的公共图书馆不具设置导读岗的条件等现象。基于此,公共图书馆应与读者服务需求相对应设置‘‘导读岗",从人员的专业性及性格、心理素质等方面进行选拔,进行全方面的上岗培训,实行侧重于功效作用的岗位绩效管理。

Abstract:The indicator for post of guidance was setting for the first time in the Sixth Public Library Assessment,2017.Public libraries at all levels vary considerably in understanding the post of guidance.There were few libraries setting the post of guidance,and most libraries had a vague understanding of the post.Those libraries with poor conditions were not suited for setting the post of guidance.To satisfy readers'needs for library service,public libaries should set the post of guidance.The guidance librarians should be selected in aspects of professional competence,personality,psychological quality,and they should be professionally trained before going to post.The post should be managed by performance focusing on efficacy.
