| 摘 要： | 构建数字信息资源服务保障体系能够使图书馆的数字资源服务工作更加完善、更加科学，让读者充分感受并利用图书馆这个开放的知识与信息中心。数字信息资源服务保障体系分为5个层次：内容保障、置前服务、使用保障、个性化服务和反馈分析。
