| 摘 要： | 开放获取期刊经过严格质量控制,学术影响力和科研认知度日益提高,具有重大保存价值。但开放获取期刊的收益模式并不成熟,长期保存的实践状况也不乐观,这使得开放获取期刊的永久获取面临风险。因此,开放获取期刊长期保存活动的开展具有必要性和迫切性。

| Abstract: | Open Access Journals(OAJ)have great preservation values,because they undergo rigorous quality control,and have increasing academic influence and awareness from researchers.However,revenue models of OAJ are not mature,the practice of long-term preservation is not optimistic either,which make permanent access of OAJ at risk.Therefore,it is very necessary and urgent to carry out long-term preservation activities for OAJ. |
