| 摘 要： | 新生代外来工渴望获取知识和技能培训,渴求充实的精神生活和健康心理。公共图书馆作为公益性文化机构,有责任破除自我封闭的服务倾向,依照柔性服务的要求和平等开放的原则,优化服务工具和手段,提高服务时效,提供多元化服务项目,延伸服务范围,增强馆员的人性化服务意识和社会化服务意识,把握新生代外来工的心理需求和偏好,改善他们的文化生态环境,扩大图书馆的服务能力和社会影响力。
