| 摘 要： | 网络环境下信息资源数量巨大、形式多样、分布广泛、变化频繁、价值不一，从而使信息资源建设更具复杂性，在网络环境下，信息资源建设应遵循共享性与发展性、层次性与专业性、特色化和精品化的原则。策略上应建立和完善本馆书目数据库，专轮现实馆藏为网络资源；优化馆藏结构，加大电子文献的收藏比重；开发利用网上信息资源，建立虚拟馆藏，为网络环境下信息资源共享奠定基础。

| Abstract: | In network condition, information resource shows the characteristics of large amount, various kind ,wide range, quick change and different values, which makes information resource construction more complicated. Under network circumstances, information resource construction should go with the principle of share and advance, different levels and majors, characteristics and fines. Data- base of Library book collection should also be built and improved so that the book in the library can become information resource on network. In addition, to enlarge library bock collection and electronic documents collection, to make use of the information on network and to build fictitious library collection can help lay foundation for information resource share in network condition. |
