| 摘 要： | 保持服务中立是图书馆为维护读者权益而必须推行的职业价值。然而，服务中立是相对的，图书馆服务要在坚持正确价值选择的前提下，保证维护绝大多数读者的权益，积极引导读者树立正确的阅读方向，杜绝因图书馆员服务倾向而造成的不良影响。

| Abstract: | Keeping neutrality is the profession value of the library to defend rights and interests of readers.The neutrality of the service is relative,so library services should adhere to the correct choice of the value to maintain rights and interests of the vast majority of readers,actively guide readers to the right reading direction,and eliminate adverse effects from tendencies of librarians. |
