| Abstract: | The paper studies the knowledge innovation model of consulting enterprise based on knowledge broker,and points out that when consulting enterprises provide services of knowledge broker,they also carry out knowledge innovation by six steps: Find,Learn,Innovate,Transfer,Examine and Revise,then constructs FLITER knowledge innovation model to provide a reference model for consulting enterprise's knowledge innovation. |
