| 摘 要： | 文章认为,图书馆通过镜像提供数据库资源不仅仅是技术自动安排的结果,深度链接也不是侵权的直接依据,需要根据信息网络传播权权利内容分析具体行为并结合行为人的主观状态来认定是否侵权。
