| 摘 要： | 数字传播生态是国家治理现代化的传播特征,需提升国家突发重大战"疫"中的网络治理能力。中国政府亟待应对"现代化"正负两面性的"亨廷顿悖论",从法制、组织、制度与价值四大方面建构国家治理体系,发挥治理能力"现代化"正面效应。国家治理现代化的标志从"社会管理"转变到"社会治理",展现了"大国气派"。

| Abstract: | Digital communication ecology is the dissemination feature of the modernization of national governance.It is imperative to improve China’s online governance capabilities amid major epidemics.The Chinese government urgently needs to deal with the "Huntington Paradox" of the two sides of "modernization",build a national governance system from the four aspects of legal system,organization,system and value,and exert the positive effect of "modernization" of governance capabilities.The sign of the modernization of national governance has changed from "social management" to "social governance",showcasing the "major nation" style. |
