摘    要:古老的印度瑜伽,是印度人民几千年来从实践中总结出来的人体科学修练法,是东方最古老的强身术之一,是人类智慧的结晶,就像中国的太极.武术一样千年不衰,有着强大的生命力。本文阐述了瑜伽锻炼对人体的身心作用,日常练习瑜伽的方法,它是在最深沉的观想和静定状态下,从直觉领悟生命的认知。
