| 摘 要： | 校企合作是新形势下职业教育发展的内在要求和必由之路，同时也是被实践证明了的成功的技能人才培养模式。本文从校企合作人才培养模式的内涵、校企合作的意义、校企合作的基础、存在的主要问题及原因、建立校长效机制等几方面进行了思考，从而促进校企合作的持续健康发展，实现互惠互利、合作共赢。

| Abstract: | Cooperation between colleges and enterprises under the new situation of occupation education development intrinsic request and the route one must take, but also proved successful talent training mode. This article from the school enterprise cooperation in personnel training mode of college--enterprise cooperation connotation, significance, school--enterprise cooperation foundation, the main problems and reasons existing, the establishment of the effective mechanism to wait for a few respects undertook reflection, so as to promote the sustained and healthy development of school--enterprise cooperation, achieve mutual benefit, win--win cooperation. |
