| 摘 要： | 公共图书馆流通系统的轮岗制可以激发馆员的工作热情、培育换位思维和提高沟通协调能力、培养多面手,轮岗中馆员与读、馆员与流通部门、馆员与馆员之间有望形成“双赢”局面,不过轮岗中应做好宣传工作、交接工作等。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the position-changing system of the circulation system in public libraries, in terms of encouraging the libraries' work enthusiasm, improving the libraries' abilities of communication ,and training the "all-arounders"; in terms of displaying the "double-wins" situation between the librarians and the readers, between the librarians and the circulation department, and among the librarians; and in terms of the importance of propaganda work and the connection work. |
