| 摘 要： | 概述国外图书馆视障服务。以河南省为例,分析我国公共图书馆视障服务的现状与主要问题,指出我国应在政策和经济上支持公共图书馆开展视障服务,图书馆应加强盲人文献资源建设,重视视障服务宣传,多开展视障读者活动,以提高我国公共图书馆的整体视障服务水平。

| Abstract: | First,this paper sketches the visually impaired service of foreign libraries. Second, it analyses the present situation of the visually impaired service and the main problem of public libraries in Henan province. At last, it points out some ways to improve the level of the visually impaired service in Chinese public libraries, such as the support of the national policy and financial, strengthening the construction of literature resources for the blind, enhancing the propaganda about the visually impaired service, carrying on the visually impaired readers activities. |
