| Abstract: | Open access is a new model of scholarly publishing and scientific information exchange with open and sharing ideas based on network technology. This paper briefly introduces the basic content of open access, analyses the impact of open access on the information resource construction in libraries, and discusses the countermeasure of the information resource construction in university libraries. |
