| 摘 要： | 以天津图书馆联盟为例,论述了图书馆联盟用户管理系统的用户分析与鉴别模块的主要内容及其功能。用户分析模块主要采取职业分类的标准对用户信息进行分析,而用户鉴别主要通过分析用户特征,将他们分成不同的用户群,从而便于图书馆了解用户的需求及其规律,制定服务计划,建立个性化主动服务机制。
