| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆在高校教学科研中担负着重要使命。是学校教学、科研的重要基地。随着社会的发展、科技的进步、大学生需求的多样性，处于学校学术、情报、文化中心的图书馆的服务方式及服务项目面临严峻的挑战。传统图书馆的单一的文献流通模式已不能满足大学生的需求。提出了构建高校图书馆动态开放式服务体系，以提高大学生适应社会的能力及提升大学生的综合素质。
