摘    要:高校图书馆是高校人才培养与科学研究的重要基地。高校图书馆与高校师生有效沟通的缺乏在某种程度上导致了其服务水平的低下。高校图书馆及馆员与读者的沟通主要包括管理沟通、信息沟通、素质沟通、情感沟通等方面,与读者良好的沟通是提升高校图书馆服务质量的重要保证。

Abstract:University library is an important base of personnel training and scientific research in university.The deficiency of communication between library and readers leads to the inferior service of university library.The communication between university library and readers includes management communication,information communication,quality communication and emotion communication.The fine communication can improve the service quality of university library.
