| 摘 要： | 选取44所数字图书馆网站,针对数字图书馆文献传递服务、数字参考咨询服务和数字化信息检索服务中的著作权保护声明进行网络调查,分析我国数字图书馆信息服务的著作权保护现状,并提出解决数字图书馆信息服务著作权保护问题的策略。

| Abstract: | Selecting 44 digital library websites, this paper carries out investigations on copyright protection statements in document delivery services, digital reference services and information retrieval services of digital libraries, ana- lyzes the status of copyright protection of digital library information services, and proposes some tactics to solve the problem of copyright protection of digital library information services. |
