| 摘 要： | 在图书馆有限的经费条件下，为了较大限度的满足高校师生对书刊资料的需要，其重要途径就是采访和购置方式的创新。结合图书馆实际情况探索出经费的虚拟分配这一新方法，引导高校教师参与书刊采购工作，使所购书刊资料更好地满足教学科研的需要，以提高购书经费的使用效益。

| Abstract: | The innovation in the system of book-purchase and visit is an important channel to farthest satisfy the requirement of the teachers and students in universities under the condition of the limited outlay in purchasing books. Combining the practice of library, a new method of the outlay fictitious distribute of book purchasing is searched in this article. It leads the teachers to join in purchasing books to and making the best use of the limited outlay. |
