| Abstract: | Outdated periodicals are an important information resources which are the matter basis of information service provided by library.This paper introduces the main characteristics of outdated periodicals,analyzes the causes of low utilization ratio of outdated periodicals,and puts forward some effective countermeasures to improve the utilization ratio of outdated periodicals resources. |
