| 摘 要： | ITIL是一套完善的IT服务管理实践指南及标准。从服务支持和服务管理两方面阐述了ITIL的基本内涵,分析构建高职院校数字图书馆个性化服务平台过程中引入ITIL理念的必要性,并提出构建基于ITIL理念的高职院校数字图书馆个性化服务平台。

| Abstract: | ITIL is a perfect IT service management practice guidelines and standards. This paper elaborates the basic con- notation of ITIL from two aspects of service and service management, analyzes the need to introduce the ITIL concept in the construction of higher vocational college digital library personalized service platform, and pro- poses to build a platform for personalized service of digital library in higher vocational colleges based on ITIL concept. |
