| 摘 要： | 互联网的普及应用，给公共图书馆的发展带来了前所未有的挑战，公共图书馆急需在新形势下找准位置。从公共图书馆的历史使命及当前所处的环境出发，指出公共图书馆应定位于地方文化的传承机构、地区居民终身学习与教育的平台和缩小“数字鸿沟”的有利保障制度。

| Abstract: | The popularization utilization of internet brings about unprecedented challenges to public library development.Public library needs to locate the right position in the new situation.This paper points out that public library should be positioned as the heritage organization of local culture,the learning and education platform to local residents and the favorable protection system of narrowing the digital divide from the historical mission of public library and the current environment. |
