| 摘 要： | 图书馆作为国家公共文化服务体系不可或缺的组成部分,贯彻执行＂基本公共服务均等化＂原则是其义不容辞的责任。论述了公共图书馆推进残疾人服务体系建设的重要意义,并提出了构建残疾人服务体系的措施。
