| Abstract: | The local document during the period of the Republic of China which has important historical values has become the important collection of library. Due to the constraints of the historical and natural conditions, local docu- ments in the northeast region during the period of the Republic of China are embrittlement and rotten, so the preservation of documents is an urgent work. Taking Liaoning Provincial Library as an example, this paper probes into the preservation and utilization measures of local documents during the period of the Republic of China. |
